• Website: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This site uses Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics, which collects aggregate page-view data and no personal identifiers or cookies.
• ViceLift: the workouts, sets and settings you enter, and an account identifier if you sign in.
• Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply.

3. How we use information

To run and improve our products, keep them secure, and respond to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run our products (for example hosting), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
